A few things to help build repour or a better understanding of a company before picking the phone up is…
Make sure they have adequate insurance and training.
Do their online reviews seem like they are from a legit source.
Have they got a website and not just a free facebook or business listing/s.
Do they have a full trading address and contact information with a landline number, NOT just a mobile number.
Are they part of any regulating body that monitors their work ethics and practices.

If a business is claiming or found to be using our logo, or part of the Clean Reliance Organisation with no permission.
Or they have had a complaint as a poor service provider, and no resolution could be made to a complaint. Because a professional standard could not be met or the business who do not want to go through the procedure of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme (which is FREE for both parties to use), whether a Certified or Standard member of the organisation. We then further give the trades person three weeks to remove themselves as a member. Then we email their outcome as what they wish to do to resolve the complaint/s.
